Whole, 1/2 & 1/4 beef
Each year, we are proud to offer quality beef to fill your freezer. Our freezer beef is raised on grass and moved to a finishing pasture in October, where they start on a specialized ration based on barley that is grown locally. The animals will stay in our finishing pasture until they are ready to harvest in March. Customers are guided through the process of ordering beef by Rachel. If you choose to order beef, you will receive a call and we will visit with you about how you cook and what cuts you use most often.
USDA-Inspected Beef Sticks & Summer Sausage
These products are made from our own beef! We have four flavors of beef sticks: Teriyaki Pineapple, Jalapeno Cheddar, Hot-N-Cheesy, and Regular. We also offer summer sausage by the pound. It is currently available at Blackduck Coop Ag Services.
